Its combination with ExtraLife flours allows you to extend in time the freshness of baked goods and of breakfast pastry (Italian cornetto/French croissant/vegan), considering that also the ExtraLife product are 100% clean label and high-technological.

It is s a highly technological mix used for the preparation of breakfast pastry, classical and vegan.
The mix is composed of high-quality 100% Italian flour and a high-technological integrator for the production of final products that stay soft and fresh in time without the use of artificial emulsifiers.

Advantages:
∙100% clean label
∙It allows to blast chill the baked product mantaining a perfect freshness for 24 hours after the heating (see recipes) at 180° C for 2’ , or after the product has defrosted at room temperature.
∙Using “Extralife3 pastry for breakfast” the product stays fresh for 30 hours after the baking

It is a highly technological mix used for the second kneading of the leavened goods. The mix is composed of high quality 100% Italian flour together with a highly technological integrator for the production of final products that stay soft and fresh in time without the use of artificial emulsifiers.
The professional pastry chef can use the mix in two different ways, obtaining a final product 100% clean label:

∙he can follow his own artisanal recipe and use ExtraLife3 L.B.G. replacing the flour in the second kneading
∙he can combine the mix with the first kneading prepared with Base Madre
